Tomorrow is a BIG day.
HUGE.
COLOSSAL.
GINORMOUS.
Tomorrow marks a step of faith into the unknown. It’s a moment when you realize the depth of how insignificant you are and the magnitude of how incredibly amazing our God is.
When those two factors collide, the most beautiful things happen. Jumbled up messes become masterpieces. Trash becomes treasure. The past becomes a present. And those absolutely gut wrenching, heart throbbing, pain staking tests become our testimonies.
Tomorrow I have the most amazing privilege of stepping out in faith. It is such an honor to be asked to be part of Crowns For Christ and share where God has brought me from. To kick the devil in the face and speak words of freedom!
The truth from 1 Peter 2:9 comforts and encourages tonight reminding me how God has taken us out of darkness and brought us into His marvelous light.
Maybe you’ve hidden in this darkness. Maybe it’s become familiar and comfortable. Maybe you, just like me, hide it pretty darn good. And perhaps you even fooled yourself into thinking something sinful wasn’t really that bad.
But the scary thing is that many times we don’t realize that we are putting our purpose on the line. Is that “thing” holding us in bondage and fear really worth sacrificing our purpose?
Can I encourage you tonight to step into the light? Step out in faith and trust the One who created you in your mother’s womb. You are not a mistake. You are not just here by chance.
Step out of the darkness and let God bring to light the amazing plans He has for you! Don’t allow the enemy to keep you paralyzed in bondage! Jesus Christ came so that we could be FREE! And who the Son sets free is FREE indeed! {John 8:36}
Walk in freedom! Shake off those chains and dance for the Lord!
